Nadine Chanz is a gorgeous specimen from Algermissen, a hamlet in northern Germany. At the outset of the year 1993, she was an everyday student at a beauty college. On a dare, she entered the Miss Hannover competition, and to her surprise, she won, landing a spread in the German edition of Playboy. “I used to say, I am shy for this,” says Nadine in a charming Saxon accent. “I am a girl who wears a T-shirt on the beach!” Raised on a steady diet of beer, bratwurst and mustard, Nadine was well-placed to be a national icon, and she piggybacked on her German fame to become Playboy’s Miss October 1996. Needless to say, Nadine delighted American audiences in her red dirndl, but our favorite outfit remains her birthday suit. “One day I will have my own star on Hollywood Boulevard,” she says, and we believe her – with an angel’s face and devilishly sexy body, not to mention her tastes in good food and hard rock, Miss Chanz has a decidedly global appeal. “American men are very good-looking,” she says. “They should slow down a little! Sex is the most natural thing in the world, but to get me in the mood, champagne and wearing silk never fails.” As they say in Germany, Ach du liebe Zeit!
